Springbank Gardens
Fresh is best; an undeniable catch phrase proven in the eating of the salad greens and herbs grown by Judy from Springbank Gardens, of Springbank. Judy has grown and supplied truly fresh produce to the Oxford Farmers Market for more than 8 years. Using a mix of soil and hydroponic methods, Springbank Garden's produce is spay free and also free from systemic controllers of disease, weeds and insects. This means everything is grown as naturally as can be. Along side the greens are the delicious dressings and pestos created from Judy’s produce by her husband Martin. Martin has skillfully combined flavours to create an array of delicious tastes that will complement any dinner. Judy enjoys, and takes great pride in, supplying fresh and seasonal produce to you. Have a chat with her on Sunday and find out more about what it means to be truly fresh and natural.

Weathersfield Certified Organics
Our Vegetable and Herb seedlings are Certified by Biogro BG 5068. We provide top quality healthy seedlings available at the Oxford Farmers' Market from Spring through to Autumn, usually from the beginning September and to around the end of April. We aim to grow the correct plants for the seasons, sometimes our plants are available later than in other outlets, as we do not force them to grow earlier than they should. We feel the result of this are strong healthy plants already acclimatised to this sometimes fickle weather. It gives the plants the best chance of surviving whatever the weather throws at them. We love what we do and I can't think of a better way to pass the days - sowing seeds in the warm tunnel house, listening to the birds singing and of course the fun mornings at the market chatting to our lovely customers.
